Description: • Customer Orientation in Clinical Trial Management: Drive regional phase 3b/4/PMS/ BOS clinical studies and provide technical expertise as appropriate. Work with Clinical Development to optimize investigator segmentation and selection in the region. Work with respective country specific Medical Advisors/CRAs/clinical trial teams to provide timely and effective scientific support for all promotional activities.Work with CROs in clinical trials. Ensure compliance and internal SOPs are followed. •Collaborate with Marketing for Medico-Marketing activities. • Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management: Work with country Medical Advisors to optimize KOL management through identification, appropriate segmentation, development and tracking of KOLs. Drive regional execution of global strategy and key objectives in association with Global Marketing and Regional Heads. Help organize Advisory Boards regionally to access and influence current thinking in core therapeutic areas. •Maximize Medical Communications: Direct development of integrated communication strategy for key brands. •Life Cycle Management: Co-ordinate cross functional development of Phase 3b/4 plans in alignment with the market planning cycle.Help understand the competitive environment in the region for key brands. •Oversee effective implementation of plans; project management skills enabling efficient handling of complex and multiple projects.
Requirements: •Degree in Medicine with post-graduate specialization in any field preferably internal medicine or doctorate in biological sciences/pharmacy. •At least 3 years in pharmaceutical, clinical research, or similar health care industry. •Experience in cardiovascular products preferred. •International/regional experience. •Prior experience in marketing/medical communications.
