Description: Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, he/she is responsible for implementing HR policies and programs in recruitment, compensation/benefits, training and employee relations. Recruitment - Work with search firms to recruit scientists and drug discovery researchers. - Deploy internet recruitment. - Work with hiring managers on job profiles and short listing of suitable candidates. - Manage the recruitment process to ensure timely recruitment. - Advise on offer packages including relocation packages for foreign talent. Compensation/Benefits - Oversees compensation and benefits surveys, and implements compensation structures and benefits programs that are competitive and be able to attract and retain staff. Training - Puts in place training programs for enhancing the professional, scientific and technical competencies of staff.
Requirements: - 6-10 years HR experience with, preferably at least 2-4 years in a management position in a Biotech company or Biomedical R&D environment. - Strong track record in recruitment of scientific/biomedical R&D research staff. - Broad based HR generalist experience. - Excellent communications and people-skills.
