Description:
Reporting to the Technical Director, you will: • Be responsible for managing and executing Wet Wipe projects from product conceptualization through to commercialization. • Develop new products and improve existing formulations, with emphasis on wet wipe products. • Support Global Product Development Team with product sample preparation and technical analysis. • Work with the manufacturing team on product trials and final production. • Work closely with customers in the Asia Pacific region, ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as consumer acceptance and safety. • Work with customers on raw materials’ specifications and suppliers’ qualification. • Ensure product development process comply with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate would possess the following: • A recognized Degree in Bachelor of Science in a related discipline. • At least 10 years of experience in product development and management, encompassing the entire spectrum, from conceptualization to commercialisation. • The ability to work independently and be highly self-motivated.
