Description:
• Project team management for regional and global studies and that projects are tailored to meet Sponsor requirements • Plan clinical project activities to meet project timelines, and working closely with Clinical Operations group in terms of project requirements, i.e. clinical monitoring plan, timelines and budget • Monitor of project progress and to manage the clinical trial budget and resource allocation for projects • Provide effective leadership in managing dynamics of project team and to ensure proper documentation, training and updates are in place • Preparation and implementation of contingency plan as appropriate • To act as focus for client communications • Ensure quality of deliverables and that client requirements are met
Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent qualifications in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or nursing • Minimal 5 years experience in clinical monitoring • Able to effectively manage Sponsors and Investigators • Able to travel between 20% to 60% in terms of regional coverage • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. • Able to provide leadership in managing a project team
