Job Descriptions Sr. Technical Consultants implement Web production process to some of the world’s biggest and best websites using some of the most exciting technologies around today. This person on a daily basis works with our elite customers to help design and implement their web process. A Sr. Technical Consultant helps companies move their business to the web. Responsibilities: ·Technical lead/architect for customer projects ·Interact with Senior level clients ·Understand each customer’s Web development and production requirements ·Design and implement workflows to support customer business requirements ·Implement a Web production system utilizing product suite ·Work in a team environment ·Help the customer transition to the new production system
Requirements:
Qualifications: ·3+ years of experience in Unix/NT administration ·5+ years of experience in Web server configuration and architecture ·5+ years of experience in browsers, desktop web development tools ·Java, XML, CGI, HTML, and Perl programming ·Experience with Web Application Servers (e.g. Weblogic, ATG Dynamo, Broadvision, NAS, SiteServer) ·Database experience (Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server) ·Application Development (e.g. ASP, scripting) ·Self motivated and capable of delivering proactive, credible, and responsive service to clients ·Ability to gather requirements, manage customer expectations, design and implement a project plan ·Must have strong written and oral communication skills ·Proven ability to implement and deliver software solutions through the entire life cycle Relevant Background: ·Minimum of 5 years of technical consulting, software development, customer management, and project leadership experience ·B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent; M.S. preferred
