Description:
·Manage the permanent target to improve the quality system in order to assure the appropriateness of our products and services to the customers needs. ·Manage the quality team. Position ·Reports to Asia / Japan Engineering Director. Managerial Responsibilities ·Propose, define with the General Management the quality policy in line with the policy of the Group. Conduct this quality policy with the full support of the management, arouse and stimulate the continuous improvement ·Check the efficiency of the quality system in particular by making internal or external quality audits. ·Launch the necessary corrective actions having always in mind the possible generalization and the preventive actions. ·Build and put in place quality action plans in each location and follow the realization of these plans. ·Participate to the elaboration of the training plan mainly for all the functions having a link and relation with the quality. ·Promote the quality culture in the company with a permanent motivation and make sure that the quality policy, the objectives and results are well known and understood by the people as a whole. ·Put in place the necessary quality indicators ·Evaluate and follow the suppliers with the necessary audits. ·Participate and support the validation phases of the new product/process development with the appropriate tool. ·Assure the APQP and the control plan. ·Make sure that the production runs in the normal conditions in the absolute respect of the defined process and conditions. ·Deliver the deviations when needed and in line with the customer when necessary . ·Ensure the relations and the service with the customers particularly in case of complaints by assuring the full support, reactivity and assistance to find solutions and solve the problems. Experience and profile ·Successful experience of quality assurance manager at least 5 years at an automotive equipment supplier’s, preferably level 1. ·Have a leader temperament, be diplomatist to motivate the teams on quality and firm regarding objectives. ·Have a sufficient calibre to ensure communication and total responsibility for the quality with a customer for a global performance. ·Be an excellent organizer and manager. Miscellaneous ·Age : 40 – 50 Years old. ·Fluent English : read, spoken, written. ·Training as an quality engineer. ·Salary : - to be defined, according to experience.
